Rising Freshman Group

High school is coming. The hallways are bigger, the stakes feel higher, and everyone around you looks like they already know what they're doing.

(Spoiler: they don't. 😅) That's exactly why we created this.

Freshman Focus: A Group for Rising High Schoolers

A 3-day group experience open to all teens stepping into high school this fall. Designed to help you show up to freshman year feeling grounded and ready for whatever comes next.

Goals of the group:

  • Increase confidence about this transition through a non-judgmental space

  • Consult with peers and a mental health professional about questions and concerns

  • Bond with peers who are in the same boat as you

  • Start the high school experience off on the right foot

  • Learn how to start a conversation, read social situations, and find your people in an unfamiliar environment

  • Walk away with a clear picture of how choices freshman year connect directly to college and the life you want after it

  • How to manage schoolwork and extracurricular activities

We'll talk about the real stuff — new friendships, social pressure, self-doubt, and how to navigate it all without losing yourself in the process. All are welcome here.

When: July 28, 29 & 30  2026 from 10 am to 1 pm

Space is limited — and yes, the consultation to get started is always free.

Pricing: $350 - Contact us today

Facilitated by Jessalynn King, LMSW & Sarah I. Serluco, LCSW
