Insurance

Services are reimbursed by most major insurance companies as Out of Network. (excludes Jessalynn King LMSW at this time) If clients do not have out-of-network benefits and the fee is a hardship a sliding scale is offered to make services possible. Please call the office to discuss financial matters. Every effort is made to assist you in getting reimbursed from your insurance company or HSA account including monthly statements and help with filling out forms.

Here are some tips to help you navigate a phone call to your insurance company to find out about your reimbursement eligibility.

Tell the insurance company you want to see an LCSW therapist for mental health counseling (excludes Jessalynn) and then ask them the following questions:

“Do I have out-of-network benefits?”

“What is my deductible?”

“Once my deductible is met, what percentage or dollar amount of the fee is reimbursed back to me?”

“What is the turnaround rate for getting reimbursed once I submit?”
